iOS Safari extension keeps needing to be unlocked

Hi, this has been happening for a couple of months now and I thought it might get fixed in an update or something as it’s very frustrating.

I’m using 1Password on my iPhone 17 Pro Max and have been using it for years. I find the safari extension very useful when filling in login credentials, etc. but it seems randomly from 20 mins to a few hours whenever I go to fill in any credentials I need to unlock 1Password with FaceID after clicking “unlock” in the username box of a website.

Beforehand if I unlocked it, it would stay unlocked for a very long time. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Inside the main 1Password app I have checked my settings for the safari extension and I have it set to re-authorise after 2 weeks. Are there any other settings I should change so I don’t need to keep unlocking 1Password inside Safari?

I have tried searching for previous posts but haven’t found anything similar that’s happened recently.
