Since the license key field it is a guarded field, you won't be able to edit the field label. I would suggest adding a https://support.1password.com/custom-fields/#add-a-custom-field to store the license key value instead, as this will allow you to rename the field.
With that said, if you'd like to have the ability to directly edit the main license key field label, let me know, and I'll be happy to submit a feature request to our Product team for further consideration.
