I just separated from my company yesterday and I want to add a cc for billing to keep my family account but there is no option to do so on the family account as it says I am still getting a free memb...
How can I get this fixed?

In short, no. The challenge for 1Password to provide phone support with the ability to make significant changes would be huge.
