Hi Clouding​, I'm sorry to hear that you're running into keyboard issues when 1Password calls up a Windows Hello PIN prompt.

This sounds like a known issue that was recently fixed. Could you open the 1Password desktop app, go to Settings > About, and make sure that it's updated to version 8.12.1?

If you're already on this version, or if the issue persists after updating, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC, so our team can investigate further:

Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:

      This is a duplicate: support ticket ID is AAX-82486-284 (same diagnostic file) since I still haven't received a unique one in response to the email sent with the 167170 link.
