I am unable to see my passwords in 1Password 8. How can I reveal my passwords. All the passwords are displayed as dots.

Are you using 1Password 8 on Windows or Mac? On Windows, just press STRG / CTRL + ALT to reveal your passwords.
If you want to show your passwords permanently, you could enable the following security setting in the app.
