Hello dieselsmoke1967​! 👋

Thank you for the feedback! That feature is only available for 1Password on your mobile device but you can jump to a certain letter in the desktop app by doing the following:

  1. Sort the item list by title.
  2. Click on any item in the list, then click on a letter on your keyboard. 


The item list will jump to items starting with that letter. Let me know if that works for you.
