App crashes on launch

I am running MacOS 13.4.1 Ventura within a Virtual Machine, of a MacOS 13.5 Ventura host. Many apps have issues with launching or display, and all but 1Password are solved by launching from the comma...

Odd, I reinstalled 3 times... but I had to manually delete the existing install, before it would actually update. All resolved now. Thanks.
