App integration not working with Chrome browser extension

I've tried everything, but no results.  There is an error in extension: "Integration Status: Connection problem" I'm running Ubuntu 24.04.03 LTS. Chrome is installed via apt. Chrome version: 14...

    I fixed my issue with setting correct permissions on `/opt` folder where Chrome and 1Password are installed.
