Apple Watch unlock not working
This discussion was created from comments split from: Apple Watch unlocks my Mac but not 1Password.

Hello,
do you guys need another bug report or would it be fine to just sit it out for the time being? ;–)
Asking because I'm also affected, both the stable (.36) and Dev-Version (.38-46)
Thank you

Hello rellek! 👋
I'm sorry that Apple Watch unlock isn't working for 1Password on your Mac. Our developers likely don't need another diagnostics report for their investigation, however sending a diagnostics report in will allow our support to identify the specific situation that you're running into and possibly provide you with a workaround. You can find instructions here:
I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
.With your email please include:
- A link to this thread: https://1password.community/discussion/147362/apple-watch-unlock-not-working
- Your forum username:
rellek
- Please do not post your diagnostic report to the forum. This is for your privacy and security.
Please send the entire file.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

Hi 1P_Dave
Thank you! I initially did not submit yet another report for that exact reason. But now I switched to Nightly builds and read around the forum a little bit and this made me think that my issue could be unrelated. So I did send a report now with a little explanation and the debug file of course.
BitBot gave me this ticket ID: ECY-25394-383

Thank you for sending in the diagnostics report. I see that my colleague is working on a reply as we speak, keep an eye on your inbox and continue the conversation there.
To prevent duplication of efforts, I'll close this thread.
