Archive items show up in list when selecting a item in home screen

Move an item from one vault to another.
In home view select an item from recently created, brings up a list. There are 2 entries now one showing old vault the other new. No indication visually one has (I assume been deleted by move). Click circle dots top left shows it can be revovered. Also show items I have deleted.
The deleted items don’t show in all items view.
Working in the app, going through and clearing includes safari checks
