Are there human beings at 1Password Customer Support?

I have just set up a trial account.  I have completed the set up but am unable to login with my password.  Trying to reset it is a futile and ripe with circular logic / help on the site. There is ZER...

    Did you ask the chatbot "Can I speak with a team member?" It'll tell you to contact the team at mailto:support@1password.com. I've spoken with human support several times, including in the last week.
