Solved

Auto fill my 2FA token.

Hi,

From time to time, my 2FA token is not filled in automatically. For example, on the support.fortinet.com website, my token is not always filled in automatically when I log in. Is there something I can do to ensure it fills in automatically?

Is it a way to find the cause of that issue ?

Thanks in advance.

Sebastien

  • Hi boubou,

Since I cannot test on the fortinet.com website personally, I'd like to ask you to grab a page structure of the website, here are the steps:

    1. Navigate to the site and place your cursor in the one-time password field.
    2. Right-click(ctrl + click) in the input field to bring up the page context menu, and choose "1Password - Password Manager".
    3. Click "Help" and choose "Collect Page Structure".
    4. 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.

Then, can you email the page structure to us at:

    support@1Password.com

    With your email, let's include:

    • A link to this thread:
    • Your Community username:

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks!
