Autocomplete ignores textarea fields

Ah.. I just noticed if I fill in the textarea (street address) field first, then it fills correctly.
Its when I fill the "name" field (autocomplete=organization) that it does not get filled at all.

the for field order is:
- name
- street-address
- city
- postcode

city and postcode always fill in correctly.
