Autofill doesn't fill in correctly

Autofill has been broken for quite some time for me (Latest 1PW, Latest MacOS, Safari). It adds the zip code and city to the same field, and then country in the city field. Unfortunately ithe 1PW ...

Thank you for getting back to me.

I'd be interested to take a look at the Identity item you have saved to try and get to the bottom of the issue you are seeing.

Are you able to take a screenshot of it in your 1Password and send it over? Please be mindful to hide any personal information.

Alternatively, could you create a new Identity Item with junk data and see if you have the same issue with it and if so send a screenshot of that over to us?
