autofill not quite working on www.ippayments.com.au

I'm unable to access the site using the link you've provided, so I was wondering if you could grab a couple things for me:

  1. The page structure of the page you're seeing the filling issue on.
  2. A screenshot of the page where the issue occurring (just leave the page blank in your screenshot).

Here's how to get the page structure:

  1. Navigate to the site.
  2. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
  3. Click Help and choose Collect Page Structure.
  4. 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.
  5. Share the text from .json file to your next reply.

There's not a way to attach a screenshot or text file directly to your reply. However, you can link to the screenshot and paste the text, or you can email those to us at mailto:support+forum@1Password.com.
