Autofill not working on Galaxy S24 Ultra

Apologies for taking so very long to respond to your kind support.
1. It only happens occasionally for some apps and mostly for usernames, but sometimes passwords as well, and I suspect it has to do with the fact that for some reason the 'fill once only' dialogue does not appear, so it has no way to 'link' the app to a username or password.
2. This happens on my Galaxy S24 Ultra, Pixel Pro 8, and Galaxy Tab 8.
Is there a way to rerun the 'association' dialogue - where the 'Fill once only / Always fill' prompt appears - or to manually associate an app with a 1Password entry (like I'd do for websites)?
