Autofill service breaks hovers in browsers

On Samsung devices there's two common ways to use mouse style inputs that support mouse hovers, the S pen and Dex mode. By hovers I mean eg. hovering your cursor over a link and it getting underlined...

Thanks for the reply, I sent a screen recording via email now. Gmail doesn't support attachments of over 25 MB so it was converted to a Drive link, hopefully there are no issues with that.
