Autofill showing stale data

I have the same problem as the user here (https://1password.community/discussion/97765/ios-password-autofill-shows-obsolete-1password-entry-next-to-current-1password-entry), but I can't just append to that discussion. I tried both solutions, waiting for 1P to update its autofill store, and disabling and re-enabling 1P in Settings.app. In both cases, the data remains stale.

1Password Version: 7.9.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 15.1

    Hi JetForMe!

    What do you see under iOS Settings > Passwords & Accounts > AutoFill Passwords? Is there something else enabled there in addition to 1Password?
