Yes, you can. Here's what to do:

1. Open and unlock the main 1Password app. (note: not the browser extension)
2. Click the 🔽 down arrow at the top of the sidebar and choose Settings.
3. On the Security tab, turn off "Lock on sleep, screensaver, or switching users".

I saw some people have the ability to use TPM 2.0 but for some reason it doesn't give me that option either.
