Hi Dave. Thanks for your reply. USAA Bank (https://www.usaa.com/my/logon) uses Symantec VIP, but these are easy enough to get saved in 1Password just like any other TOTP.
Their weird implementation is that users who enable it do not have a password anymore. At each logon, into the password field we enter our PIN and append the TOPT after the PIN.
So, I have the PIN saved in 1Password (as the password) so that it will autofill that part, and then paste in the one time code. 1Password recognizes that what I submitted is different, so on every login the user has to tell 1Password not to save and overwrite the PIN with the PIN+OTP. So ideally yes, if there was a way to tell 1Password to add the PIN and OTP together that would be amazing. In lieu of that, I a way to tell it, "don't ever ask me to update this site's password" would remove some friction, as I believe used to be an option.
