Biometric unlock not working on S21 Ultra

I'm sorry that biometric unlock isn't working for 1Password. It appears that Samsung recently issued an update that has been helping some folks with the same issue. Can you update your phone and see if that improves things?

If it doesn't then please try the following steps:

1. Download and save your Emergency Kit
2. Open your device settings
3. Tap "Apps"
4. Tap "1Password"
5. Tap Storage, then tap "Clear Storage" and "Clear Data"
6. Open the 1Password for Android app, then sign into your 1Password account again using one of the sign in steps provided within the app.
