    The issue is still open with our development team and they continue to investigate. The problem seems limited to Motorola's Edge and Razr Series.

    While I don't have an ETA on when this will be resolved, keep 1Password, and your Motorola device, updated so that you receive the fix as soon as it is developed and released:

Sigh. I got so excited seeing this. Tried the same steps, mine was also set to off, but it made no difference. 

Mine  is a Motorola Razr Plus 2025, in case someone is keeping track.

    As of yesterday, with no extra effort on my part, the app is now working with biometrics. I did have to go through the full PW sign in and restart to have the biometrics start working.

    version 8.12.10
