Blurry applet/tray icon while vault is locked in KDE

I'm not sure if I should be reporting this bug here or somewhere else. The icon for 1password before unlocking the vault is locked is significantly lower resolution than when unlocked. Upon re-lockin...

I think this may be more of an X11 or KDE issue. It doesn't happen in Wayland KDE or Gnome.
