4 years agoBought new M1 Mac mini, can't enter license key into 1Password 7
I have a new M1 Mac mini that I'm setting up. I have 1Password 7 on a couple other Macs, so on my new mini I downloaded 1Password 7 from the App Store. I configured it to sync with iCloud and it right afterwards it fully populated with all my passwords and notes etc. so that it's now the same as my other Macs. However, under the 1Password 7 menu on the mini there is no "License..." item to allow me to enter my license code. How do I do this?
Note that I do NOT have a 1Password account, and under the Account menu the only item is "Sign Into Account...".

Hello @MickM! 👋
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble adding your license to 1Password 7. The Mac App Store version of 1Password 7 only supports subscriptions and you'll need to install the website version to use your license: How to install the 1Password app from 1Password.com after installing it from the App Store on your Mac
I hope that helps. 😊
