Bring 'custom trusted browser' feature to Windows

Following on for the various Opera-related requests that are 'solved' with either 'use a supported browser' or 'solved on mac': please bring this feature to Windows. My personal motivation is Chrome...

Thank you for the feedback! I've filed your feature request with our product team so that they're aware that you'd like to see support for adding unsupported browsers be added to 1Password for Windows in a future update.
