Hi ag_chantelle, I just tried doing that (changing MacOS to the US layout, reregistering the shortcut and then testing it), but unfortunately, the issue remains.

Just to clarify: is the shortcut setting in the main 1Pass app (as shown in the screenshot below) supposed to have an impact on the new standalone browser extensions at all, or do these extensions have a their own shortcut settings somewhere and I just didn't find them yet? As I mentioned before, the three other shortcuts work perfectly fine.
