I'm sorry for the delay in responding. It sounds like you're running into a limitation of our app integration feature on Linux. It won't work if you're using the Flatpak version of either 1Password or your browser:
If you installed 1Password for Linux or your browser using a containerized package manager such as Snap or Flatpak, the app won’t be able to communicate with 1Password in your browser.

The best path forward is to install both Zen Browser and 1Password using a different method, such as through your distribution’s built-in package manager.
