[Bug] 1Password menu in Firefox, MacOS

Thanks for reaching out to us here. 🙂 This is an odd one I've not come across. I'm sorry for the trouble you're seeing, and apologize for any interruption. I haven't been able to recreate what you've shown in your screenshot as of yet. Could you try clearing the cache in Firefox, and reinstalling 1Password?

  1. Clear your Firefox cache by following the instructions posted at this link -> https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache.
  2. Right-click on the 1Password icon on your Firefox toolbar > Remove Extension.
  3. Install the newest version of 1Password from this link -> https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1password-x-password-manager/?src=search
  4. Close and Open Firefox
  5. Try 1Password again.
