Bug: chase.com - chrome extension fails to show 1password icon in login entry boxes

When using chase.com (personal or business) and the chrome extension is properly logged in, the 1password icon and dropdown list does not appear. Sometimes, if I close the browser and restart it, ...

On Chrome

When I type the full URL (using the exact syntax https://chase.com ) instead of using the Open and Fill button, the same behavior is observed (i.e. there is no 1Password icon and no dropdown list). The same thing happens whether in an incognito window or not.

On Safari

When I type the same full URL instead of using the Open and Fill button, both the Username & Password behave correctly (i.e. a 1Password icon and dropdown both appear).
