Bug: Hidden Vault Suggested for Saves

Thanks, @ag_maryam. It does sound like a bug then. Here are all the details:

• This is a family account, of which I am the family organizer
• I have 6 total accounts, with full access to all of them: the default Personal (which I don't use), 4 shared, one private
• I have a collection with all the vaults enabled, except the Personal account.
• Regardless of whether they're enabled, all vaults appear in the destination vault combobox when creating new items. Sometimes the default is the Personal vault (appears first in the list?) and sometimes it's the first enabled vault alphabetically. Neither of these is really ever what I want.

I would humbly like to suggest it should be have like this:
* Vaults not visible in the active collection should not appear in the destination vault list. (That's why the collection is active!)
* The default selected vault should be the last vault saved to. If that is not available (e.g., recently hidden or deleted, or no previous saves), then the first visible vault alphabetically is reasonable.

(I believe 1P 7 behaved like this.)
