Bug Report - Chrome 103.0.5060.53

Greetings,

i may have found a bug in the wild. Not sure though.

Here the Steps i did:
* Setup 2FA in Webinterface
* Closed browser and reopened it
* Opened 1password website

Symptome:
* Error Message: Your seasssion has expierd please login again (not quiet sure becouse of point 2)
* New Windows (1password login side) kept opening in Chrome, even if i closed them

The Desktop App did not request the 2FA - After initial setup
The Request of the 2FA just came up, when i re-logged in
