Hi scotty321​, thanks for reporting this and I'm sorry for the frustration. I know how annoying it is when it feels like a feature isn't reliable across updates.

Could you share  the following:

  • iPad model and iPadOS version
  • 1Password version
  • Browser and version


A few of us tried to replicate this issue and haven't been able to, but we want to make sure we're replicating your setup as closely as possible.

    Hi 1P_SimonH​,

    I've opened support ticket #XZJ-83378-984 regarding this issue.

    In that support ticket, I linked to a Loom video where I demonstrate the bug in action! If you watch that Loom video, you will be able to see the problem happening in real time.

    Actually, when I responded to that support ticket just now, it looks like my support ticket # changed to: YRY-49938-937.
