From Policies > Sharing and permissions, you can set approved domains for items in your team's account. If a member of your team saves an item using an email address with a domain that isn't included on that list, it will be flagged in the Watchtower report. After setting approved domains, users will also see reminders about items that don't appear to match the domain policy.
If you don't set a domain policy, Watchtower can't determine what might be in the wrong account. So, that part of the report will be omitted and you'll see the notice you mentioned instead.
