3 years agoCan’t Turn Off 2FA on Mac Safari without Authy… and Authy 1P account gone.
A few days ago I enabled 2FA using Authy. It work fine until today.
Today, I tried to open 1Password and for some reason the 1Password account is missing on the Authy app. It has disappeared.
So I am trying to disable the 2FA requirement, but I am unable to log into my 1Password online browser access without the Authy codes. Seems like a Catch-22.
How do I turn off the browser 2FA requirement without an Authy code?
Please note that I can still access all of my 1Password data inside the iOS apps.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hey @branlaw,
I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing your 1Password.
If you still have access to your 1Password app can you try the steps here to disable 2FA: Turn on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account.
