Can 1Password autofill forms like Google Chrome does?

Google Chrome has a handy Autofill feature that I use when completing forms (types where login credentials aren't required). Can 1Password do this? The only way I can autofill now is if I turn off the 1Password extension so that Chrome can take over, but this is inconvenient. It seems like the 1Password extension is all-or-nothing so I'm forced to fill out forms manually instead of having them auto-populate.

1Password Version: 8.8.0
Extension Version: 2.3.7
OS Version: Windows 11
Browser:_ Chrome

Here's the link I'm trying to complete: https://cityofasylumpittsburgh.secure.force.com/ticket/?_ga=2.134134023.849040103.1663445321-1203005036.1648056964&_gl=1*15smmyz*_ga*MTIwMzAwNTAzNi4xNjQ4MDU2OTY0*_ga_RKN1KC7171*MTY2MzQ0NTMyMC4xMjUuMS4xNjYzNDQ1MzQyLjAuMC4w#/cart/contact

The street address populates correctly on your test form.

@bjtalerico What is the link to the form that you're filling the Identity on? Does the street address in the Identity fill on our test form here: https://fill.dev/form/identity-simple?

Thank you, Joy_1P. I followed the instructions and set up Identities for myself and my husband. All fields were correctly populated on the web form except for Street Address. It didn't populate at all, even though I correctly added the information in the Identity. Can you help?

Hey @bjtalerico Stanzilla! By default, 1Password will control the autofill setting in your browser. We recommend using 1Password to fill your personal information and credit cards as it's often more convenient and safer to have all your data in one location. You can find out more about how 1Password fills identities and credit cards https://support.1password.com/credit-card-address-filling/.

That said, if you want to use your browser to fill addresses and credit cards, you can change the following settings with the steps below:

    1. Right-click 1Password's icon in Chrome's toolbar and click Settings.
    2. Under "General" turn off the "make 1Password the default password manager" option.
    3. Paste the following into Chrome's address bar: chrome://settings/autofill
    4. Click Payment methods and turn on "Save and fill payment methods".
    5. Go back to: chrome://settings/autofill.
    6. Click Addresses and more and turn on "Save and fill addresses".

    I hope that helps!
