can 1Password tell me which passwords i have not used in a long time and probably should delete?

Thanks for your question. We don't have a search filter to review Login items by last used. The current sorting options can be seen here:

It would be good to also have like an area where it shows me old passwords not used for a while, so either i can delete them or change them.

It's a best practice to always use strong, unique passwords for each item you have saved in 1Password. While not exactly what you are looking for, you can, Use Watchtower to find passwords you need to change. Then, Use the password generator to change and strengthen your passwords.
