2 years agoag_mike_d The sort menu you show includes a "Recently used" item, which suggests it implements what @sp0ck asked. However, this sorting doesn't work. Actually, it seems to sort according how items were used within the desktop app since sign-in only. A local and not cloud-synced date value. If I use an item on a different device or with the browser plugin for autofill, the "recently used" date isn't updated within the desktop app. It seems it's a completely local and not cloud-synced value.
For example, I have several items that show up as "never used", but I definitely used them with autofill from the browser plugin. Just tried: still the case. For example, my "Reddit" item, last modified 2021, shows up as "never used", but I definitely used it, last time was today.
