Can I open 1password.com website from browser extension?

I have the Chrome browser extension installed, but not the Windows desktop app. Some things I want to do (for example, move an item from one vault to another) need to be done on the my.1password.com ...

  1. Create a Login item for website https://my.1password.com
  2. Mark the item as a favorite
  3. Click the 1Password extension icon on a new tab
  4. Click Autofill for the item

That's two-click easy.
