Hello,
I followed the steps https://support.1password.com/install-linux/#arch-linux to install 1password on Manjaro.

Unfortunately, when I try to activate the agent I get this:

Any idea how to solve this issue? Thanks!

Thank you for letting us know, @Ekami67, and my apologies for the delayed response. It's great that you've got a solution to the dialogue box issue, and if anything else comes up, do let us know. We'll be more timely with our reply. 👍

Is there a way to prevent the dialog box from constantly popping up to ask for my session password?

EDIT: I was able to find the solution on the Polkit doc on the "Bypass password prompt" section

Thank you so much, it's now working perfectly :) .
I didn't find this Unlock using system authentication service in the doc, or maybe I missed it.

You will need to enable Unlock using system authentication service under Security in settings before you can enable SSH agent. To enable System Authentication you will need some kind of auth agent (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Polkit). You can read what you need here, https://support.1password.com/system-authentication-linux/

Hi, @Ekami67 . To be clear, did you use the Arch Linux installations, or is this a Flatpak installation?
