Thank you for the reply. Do you see the icon when you click on the email address field as well?
If you click on one of the suggestions on the screen that you posted, does 1Password fill your password?

Hello swngcat! 👋
I'm sorry that filling isn't working on Microsoft pages, please check the website address in 1Password as notnotjake mentioned (thanks for the help!).
If the website address saved in 1Password already matches the page that you're trying sign into then do you see the 1Password icon when you click on the email address field? What happens when you click on it?
I look forward to hearing from you.

If it's site specific, it is likely to be an issue with your login item. Be sure to check the URL associated with your Microsoft login item. It will have to be
microsoftonline.comto work (it has to match). Otherwise if it's justMicrosoft.comit won't match and won't autofill.
