Cannot copy masked email when in Edit mode

This is expected behaviour, because, as you noted, masked email addresses can't be edited, so aren't interactive in Edit mode. They're a somewhat-custom field which is added by the Masked Email integration, and since they can be revoked from the email address field, they're read-only in that item.

Clicking the email address field when not in Edit mode will still copy the masked email as expected. Please let me know if you have any questions, or would like any further help. :)
