Saving and using passkeys on iOS isn't supported yet. I see you're running a beta of iOS 17, which will allow 1Password to save and use passkeys, but that functionality isn't available just yet. We're working on it! :)
I'm also not seeing AWS on our list of supported apps and services at https://passkeys.directory/ which may go some way to explaining why saving a passkey didn't work. I'd be keen to learn more about what happened on your Mac, so could you email support@1password.com with as much detail as you can about what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead? Our team will then be able to look into this with you and if necessary, can help troubleshoot the process.
