Cannot select multiple items using Ctrl to do a bulk move.

I searched "bulk move" in the forum and found advice to select multiple items from my imported vault to a shared vault. When I try to select a second item while holding down the Ctrl key, the first item is deselected. I've just imported from LastPass and do not want to have to individually select each password I want to share.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but when I am in a vault (All vaults, private, shared), there isn't a section on the left side of the screen that lists the other vaults. The list of vaults is visible in the help article.

    To hold down the control key and click to select multiple items to drag and drop to another vault you'll need to be using the 1Password app. If you don't already have the app installed, I've included a link below where you can download it:
