Cannot sign into web browser
My wife recently got a 1password account. We are really stuck here so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Below are the sequence of events that got her into this situation:

That definitely isn't the experience we want you and your wife to have. I'd like to ask your wife to create a diagnostics report from her iOS device:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com, and send it from the email address associated with her 1Password account.
With her email please include:
