Can't log into the 1password application on Windows

I am logged into my 1Password account on the Web (desktop) and on my phone.
I am using my phone to configure the 1Password desktop application on my desktop. I can't log into.

Apparently, I need this application to use all the features. I emailed the support, no answer.

What am I supposed to do to get this to work ? I am willing to pay and everything but i can't get this to work

Extension Version: 2.1.4
OS Version: Windows 10.0.19042
