I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulties with reinstalling 1Password 7 for Windows and the migration process. Have you received a response from our Bitbot assistant with a Support ID number? Could let us know what that Support ID number is so we can track down the email and put you in touch with the Migrations team?

You should receive an automated with a Support ID number. Please post that number here.
In the meantime, 1Password 8 will need to be uninstalled from your device before reinstalling 1Password 7 for Windows.
