Can't select photo to add to document

I'm trying to add a photo to a document. But when my photo roll appears, I can't select any of my photos. Nothing happens when I tap on them, and if I click-hold and choose "Select", again, nothing happens. There's not even a way to dismiss this list and go back. Something's amiss here.

    Ah, I had it set to selected photos, not all photos. It wouldn't hurt to add some brief documentation on this; I couldn't find any. Thank you.

    Hi siplhium!

    Did you give 1Password permissions to access your photos in iOS? You can check it under iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos.
