You can prevent the Amazon item from appearing by using the steps listed here to only fill your item on the exact domain: Change where a login is suggested and filled. I also suggest changing the URL saved in your Amazon item to https://www.amazon.com.
Was your Ring item appearing in addition to this item or not at all?
As for signing in to this forum, can you go to the login page and give these steps a try and then let me know if your credentials are suggested:
- Go to the log in page
- Manually enter your log in details but don't click enter or sign in.
- Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Save Login'
- Give it a title and click Save.
- Now refresh the page and see if you are able to fill.
