Chrome 1Password extension fails on healthpartners.com website

Chrome 1Password extension fails to fill the login information on Healthpartners website login dialog. The address that leads to the login window is https://www.healthpartners.com/signin and all other places where that same authentication service surfaces also fail. The only way to log in is to manually copy/paste both username and password. Any solutions out there or should I wait until you (1Password support) research this issue?

1Password Version: 8.10.3
Extension Version: 2.9.0
OS Version: macOS 13.2.1
Browser:_ Chrome

Hey @"Slobie Taboobie" Thanks for reaching out about this 🙂

I can confirm we do have an open issue internally related to this site's autofill behaviour, and our team is still investigating to determine if we can make improvements from our end. I've added your case to that open issue as further insight.

I've also done some testing on this page, and was able to get the login to fill with a couple different methods, which I'll share below:

Fill from the browser extension popup
    1. Navigate to the login page.
    2. Left click the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar, then click 'Autofill' on your login item.

Here's a video of my test with that method for reference: https://share.cleanshot.com/KJkvTWdy

Turn off 'Show autofill menu on field focus'
This method points to an issue with the elements used on this specific page interacting with the 1Password autofill menu. I notice that when the 'Show autofill menu on field focus' setting is on, filling from the autofill menu is not working. Disabling that setting and opening the autofill menu manually does seem to work. I've also added this to the internal report I mentioned earlier. Here are the steps for this method:
    1. Right click the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar and select 'Settings'.
    2. Under the Autofill section, turn off 'Show autofill menu on field focus'.
    3. Refresh the login page, then click the 1Password icon within the Username field on the page.
    4. Select your 1Password login item from the autofill menu.

Here's a video of my test with this method (also showing how it doesn't work with that setting on): https://share.cleanshot.com/m40FkVCj

Let me know how you get on with the above, and if you have any questions!
