There is an article for moving from LastPass to 1Password. Did you follow it?

If you have all your entries in a specific vault, you could try to delete all entries from the private fault. Just select all entries and delete them. After deletion, you could find all of these items in the folder "Recently Deleted" if you want to restore them.
Now you could switch to the newly created vault and move all items into your private vault. Here's an article how to do it.
